These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Point & Frame Taxidermy website and services. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Custom Work

Point & Frame Taxidermy specializes in custom flat feather mounts and related artwork. Each piece is handcrafted and unique.

Because every mount is custom-made using natural materials, finished pieces may vary slightly from reference photos or examples shown on the website or social media.

Orders

Orders may be placed through direct communication, website inquiry forms, or any ordering system provided on the website.

Once an order is confirmed and a deposit is received, the project will be scheduled for production.

Pricing

Pricing may change at any time. However, the price quoted at the time of booking will be honored for that specific order once the deposit is received.

Additional work requested after a project has begun may result in additional charges.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to reserve your project on the schedule.

Deposits secure your project slot and cover preparation time and materials. Due to the custom nature of the work, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been prepared.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary depending on current workload, complexity of the mount, and seasonal demand.

Estimated timelines may be provided when booking, but they are not guaranteed. Because each piece is handcrafted, completion times may vary.

Cancellations

If a project is canceled before work begins, the deposit may be forfeited depending on the stage of scheduling or preparation.

If work has already begun on a project, the order cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Because all mounts and artwork are custom-made, completed work is not eligible for refunds.

If an issue occurs related to workmanship, reasonable efforts will be made to repair the piece when possible. Each situation will be evaluated individually.

Shipping

If shipping is required, the client is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Point & Frame Taxidermy is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Project Completion & Storage

Clients will be notified when their piece is complete.

If a project is not paid for or picked up within a reasonable timeframe after notification, Point & Frame Taxidermy reserves the right to charge storage fees or consider the project abandoned.

Intellectual Property

All artwork created by Point & Frame Taxidermy remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Point & Frame Taxidermy reserves the right to photograph and share completed work for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless a client specifically requests otherwise.

Website Use

All content on this website, including images, text, and artwork, may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
